National University’s CCL MBA is a fully online program. Class sizes are small, so you can interact directly with your classmates and MBA program faculty, who will coach you every step of the way.

The CCL MBA courses utilize a strategy of “assess, learn, practice, and apply” to engage and motivate you through a series of experiential exercises. Throughout the program, you will workshop challenges that you and your peers have experienced in your careers, allowing you to problem-solve real-world issues in real time.

The CCL MBA leadership online program, built to develop visionary leaders, will teach you to see beyond what many others see. Integrating the traditional hard skills of an MBA program with soft skills creates greater opportunity for you to add value to your company and society in this constantly changing world. With this combination of hard and soft skills you can develop into a creative leader who can advocate change and exude leadership qualities within your organization.
