Elevate Your Leadership and Business Skills
Take your leadership and business skills to the next level with National University’s Center for Creative Leadership Master of Business Administration program. NU and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) are partnering to offer the Center for Creative Leadership MBA, drawing strengths from both institutions to create one of the most unique MBA leadership development programs.
CCL believes that leadership development ignites transformational change in individuals, teams, organizations, and communities. This leadership-focused MBA combines the best practices of CCL’s leadership development programs with NU’s expertise in delivering multifaceted business content, such as finance, accounting, and economics. The CCL faculty bring their methodology, passion, and 50-year heritage, so your leadership training can be well-respected and help give you an edge in the job marketplace.
All courses in the MBA leadership online program are taught by skilled faculty from their respective institutions. Courses emphasize practical, hands-on experience in targeting real-world challenges and leading the way to solutions. Throughout the program, you will grow as a leader and learn how to navigate the current economic and social climate of business in a meaningful and authentic way.
To specifically meet the needs of 21st-century policing, National University has created a closed cohort session of the CCL MBA to begin on April 4, 2022. This cohort will provide the same content and background of topics with the addition of faculty that have an additional lens of public safety, providing a space for you to learn from your peers in the industry.
Program Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the CCL MBA, students will be able to:
- Analyze the impact of organizational decisions on stakeholders through financial and economic analysis and risk assessment, and create an alternative course of action
- Utilize critical thinking in communication efforts, and communicate with clarity and efficacy in a variety of formats
- Implement quantitative analysis methods against relevant information and data trends in relation to operations and decision-making

National University’s CCL MBA is a fully online program. Class sizes are small, so you can interact directly with your classmates and MBA program faculty, who will coach you every step of the way.
The CCL MBA courses utilize a strategy of “assess, learn, practice, and apply” to engage and motivate you through a series of experiential exercises. Throughout the program, you will workshop challenges that you and your peers have experienced in your careers, allowing you to problem-solve real-world issues in real time.
The CCL MBA leadership online program, built to develop visionary leaders, will teach you to see beyond what many others see. Integrating the traditional hard skills of an MBA program with soft skills creates greater opportunity for you to add value to your company and society in this constantly changing world. With this combination of hard and soft skills you can develop into a creative leader who can advocate change and exude leadership qualities within your organization.
