In this course, you’ll acquire the skills and knowledge to become a virtual team leader by examining the concepts of leadership, team dynamics, and effective management within a virtual environment.
This course explores how to lead virtual teams through building trust and cohesiveness. You’ll examine the role of emotional intelligence and methods of assessing accountability, and you’ll explore cross-culture, diversity, and conflict management issues. In the role of virtual organization leader, you’ll analyze and apply concepts gained through the course to create a climate of trust that promotes shared respect, honesty, and open communication.
