Your Pathway to Purpose: Career, Wellness, and Community Support
National University is proud to be one of only 13 organizations awarded the Veteran and Spouse Transitional Assistance Grant Program (VSTAGP) from the Department of Veterans Affairs. With a $500,000 grant and an additional $500,000 in-kind match, this initiative is designed to empower veterans, military spouses, and caregivers as they transition into high-demand civilian careers. Through the NU Veteran Center, participants gain access to specialized career services, wellness resources, and educational support to help them thrive in their next chapter.
Through strategic partnerships with industry leaders like the San Diego Cyber Center of Excellence, Hiring Our Heroes, and the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, NU ensures that participants are connected to meaningful career pathways in cybersecurity, IT, K-12 education, and beyond. With targeted job placement support, skills training, and holistic wellness services, we provide the tools needed for long-term career and life success.
